~~Maxxie~~
Leafbare. Such an awfull time for anycats as one could presume. Prey was underground, hiding from the snow and outstretched claws of the cats that hunted them. Despite this horror of starving and growing thin, the Carrionplace seemed to hold plentiful amounts of rats. Though constered mute territory, during the cold winters that pagued the lands, Ravenclan liked to place their muddy paws down to claim it as theirs, forcing the scavining Vultures back into their Starclan Forsaken twolegs alleyways.
A black she-cat shifted over the hard, cold ground that was a mix of cracked dirt and old rubble from twolegplaces long gone. Her blue eyes were cold and ice shattering as they darted around with a crazed look for any sign of movement along the nasty smelling pile of carrion. Black claws clicked against the stones and pebbles that scattered along the ground underpaw as she moved forwards, ears twitching at the slightest sounds.
Maxxie lifted her head as she caught scent of younger cats who had most likely been playing around her earlier. Those kits that belonged to the former clan cat is what the crazed she-cat guessed. With a flick of her tail, she continued towards the pile, looking for any kinds of rats that may have poked their ugly heads out for a bit to look for food themselves. Her eyes narrowed into icey slits as she caught sight of one before she crouched down, waiting to see it's intire body before pouncing. Maxxie may have been a Survivor, a fighter, but she refused to wait on a bunch of Scavangers to bring her food.

Normally, Gold wouldn't go on unfamiliar territory but since the prey in the vulture territory had scattered away since its leafbare, she had to hunt somewhere. She sniffed the air. At the moment, all she could smell was crow food but then she caught a faint whiff of.....mouse. Finally, Food! she thought. She crept up to the mouse. She was suprised that a mouse would be here and kill it with a bite to the neck. She buried it for later and pricked her ears for sounds. She heard the flapping of a crow's wings. She saw something red in the distance and walked towardd it. It was the crow, bleeding to death. She knew it wouldn't live so to put it out of the misery of of dying painfully slowly, she kiled it. She unburied the mouse and picked up both fresh kill and starred to walked to vulture camp.

::Cinderfang::
The medicine cat hissed out as she woke up with a start. A dream had come to her that was very unpleasant and she decided to ignore it for now. She felt very blissful with her quiet den. It did not last long though, her rumbling stomach erased the silence that she had set. Sighing she knew it would do no good to go without food. Padding out of her den she looked at the prey pile and shook her head. It was a pitiful stack made of one scrawny little mouse and whatever that other thing was. She looked closer not during at all what it was she was looking at. Rolling her eyes she stepped back from the prey pile. Ravenclan had become quiet a small clan and it was easier for her to imagine that the clan was much bigger. Leafbare made it much harder for the medicine cat to search for any signs of food. She felt a little rusty considering at she had not been hunting for a very longtime and her noise was more equipped to find herbs.
The only place she knew still had some rats here and there was Carrion Place. Though she did sometimes hate going there. It was hard to avoid Vulture cats there and sometimes it was hard not to fighting over prey. When she got to Carrion place she could already smell the smell of Vulture cats. It did not really frighten her instead she put her nose up to try and catch the scent of a rat. When she caught a scent she immediately started stalking the scent. She remembered the basics her brother had taught her about hunting since she never really had any training herself. Seeing the rat her hunger got e best of her and she pounced on it. It slipped through her paws and began to run. She muttered "Mouse-dung." and ran after the rat. She quickly caught it and killed it. Digging a small hole she dropped the rat in it and buried it knowing that her hunger would have to wait.
Her eyes flickered to a movement and she spotted a black she-cat. She did not even have to guess that she was from the Vultures. Cinderfang stayed down near her rat and searched for other signs of rats.

POISONSTARThe calico she-cat drew her legs swiftly across the ground, making her way to the Carrionplace. A small patrol of warriors followed her, and their leader narrowed her eyes as they neared. The place reeked of crow-food, but Poisonstar didn't mind. It was the heart of leafbare, and the RavenClan leader wanted to make sure that what was theirs stayed theirs.
Without looking her patrol in the eyes, she called over her shoulder, paused at the very edge of the dump. "Spread out. Any sign of those mangy rogues, yell. We'll gather there for the attack." The patrol split, each cat going in a different direction. After watching her Clanmates go, Poisonstar moved, trotting between the trash heaps with a silent indifference.
The smell of rat hit her nostrils, but Poisonstar didn't take much notice of it. That is, until she scented rogue immediately after. The calico leader stopped, scanning the area around her. Her gaze caught the rat, then a black she-cat crouched to kill. Poisonstar stepped forward, locking her venomous, narrowed green gaze onto the Vulture. "Stop right there, rogue. Another pawstep forward and you will be executed for prey-stealing." She didn't care where the rat had gone, or even if it had. Her voice was loud, carrying to where she was sure the cats of her patrol would hear. She kept her gaze locked on the she-cat, her body tense and muscles coiled, like a snake ready to strike.

Gold pricked her ears when she heard Poisonstar in the distance. 'Maxie!' She thought. She shrugged and ran to Vulture territory. She didn't bother to help Maxie. 'Let this be a lesson to you Maxie. No ever threatens me and gets away with it.' She thought in her head. She smiled and looked back. There was Poisonstar, confronting Maxie.

~~Maxxie~~
Ears pricked, the large black she-cat heard and smelt before she saw the clan cat appear infront of her. Scaring her prey away. With a snort, she slowly stood up, tail flickering around behind her as she narrowed her crazed blue eyes at the she-cat who now stood in her way. She tilted her head to the side, sitting back on her hanches as she tried to name the calico and her clan, who's scent ran all round the carrionplace. Which ment there were a bunch out her.
"Well how rude. You made me loose my lunch." Maxxie said in a rather, odd chipper voice. She gave a fake pout on her black maw before shaking her slightly matted fur out. As if she cared what she looked like. Of course the she-cat who loosely belonged to the ragtag Vultures was just stalling getting into a cat fight with the cat who she presumed to be the leader of Ravenclan. Expecially with the way she held herself.
Leaders. Pah. Maxxie could care less for cats who were in charge in anyway. Just asked the dead cats who used to lead the Vultures before that mouse-brained Wing came into power. With a flick of her tail, Maxxie pulled herself to her large paws, her claws clicking against the rubble that littered the stinking carrionplace. "What brings you and your little band of clan cats down here into this little peace of paradise?" She asked with a faint growl lingering in her throat.
